About Us
“Yokohama City Guide Association (hereafter YCGA)” is a Non-Profit Organization (NPO) in Yokohama which provides guided tours in English as well as in Japanese for both residents in Japan and foreign tourists. We have prepared our own guided tours in Yokohama and we are happy to customize a tour based on your special needs and requests.
YCGA has received many awards and honors,including Yokohama city people and towns design Awards, Kanagawa Shimbun(newspaper) Awards,Yokohama convention & visitors Bureau Awards and so on.
Sightseeing Information Desk
For your convenience, we have a Sightseeing Information Desk at Yokohama Marine Tower 2F. You may get English city map at the desk.
(Open 12:00-17:00, close on Monday and new year holidays)
Request of guided tours
Please fill-in the Application form and send it to YCGA . Request form should be received by YCGA at least three weeks before the intended tour. When we receive your request, we will send you a confirmation e-mail within a week. If you do not receive our confirmation within a week, please re-check your e-mail address in the format and re-send it to us.
